However, due to unforeseen issues such as network delays, server congestion, or system maintenance, the delivery may occasionally take up to 2 to 24 hours.

Delayed Transactions

In the rare event of a delay beyond the expected timeline, we proactively coordinate with our vendor partners to ensure successful completion of your transaction. Users are encouraged to contact our support team with transaction details for prompt assistance.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, users receive an instant confirmation through the app or website. A digital receipt is also available for download and reference in your transaction history.
